As the human race has developed through the ages the role and contribution of women on all levels has been significant in its complexity and diversity. Towards the end of the 20th Century there was however a remarkable shift taking place. Women had started to shed a number of their traditional core roles and were taking on the corporate world as equals to their male counterparts.

With all this there is still time to have children because their partners have also evolved and moved in the new century. Nowadays they share many domestic chores and caring for their children.

In some instances these ladies are the major earners in a family and the men are absorbing the tasks of homemaker. Often they opt to be the one that stays at home and takes on those duties that traditionally were the mother's.

For many others however the burden has just multiplied. Numerous 21st Century Women are making a success in the corporate world and holding down highly paid and demanding executive posts. They may also be single parents and carry all that responsibility as well. If married, many of the domestic daily chores and caring for family still form part of her everyday working day.
