What makes your store different than some of the others on the internet?
You are working with a real manufacturer. You are not dealing with a person running a "virtual store" out of their basement or someone who is simply fulfilling orders for another company (and marking the product up). Can you ship to APO and Armed Forces Boxes?
a US manufacturer and a US company, we want to support our troops wherever they are stationed. We will manually process an APO / military box order if you first contact us via the e-mail link at the bottom of every page. We will then need to talk to you on the phone, and will in-turn walk the box down to the post office for you. We will need to emphasize that all delays and lost package issues are beyond our control (they are!) when using this type of service.

Do you accept exchanges if the suit does not fit me?
Yes we accept exchanges for sizing issues. However we reiterate that you should measure yourself properly so that you don't have to pay a $20 exchange fee. You need to call us within 48 hours of receipt. We want you to be happy and have a suit that you are proud of and love to wear. However, we don't feel it's fair for us to bear the burden of your forgetting to check your size. We really are serious..

How do you clean your Santa suits?
All the suits except the Velvet suit can be washed very carefully in cold water with mild detergent on the gentle cycle. It is important that the suit does not sit wet in the machine for ANY period of time after washing or the red on the suit could run onto the white. You must use a buzzer / timer and remove the suit right away at the end of the spin cycle. So, unless you feel confident doing your laundry properly, simply DRY CLEAN ONLY or send it to a professional laundry service.We attach importance to a well-tended appearance of our guests and like to welcome you in also attractive clothing. We do not have a fashion show in mind but things that can be found in every wardrobe. Most women come to us in a short dress and most men with chic trousers and chemise.
